The site doesn't seem to work very well, so, whether he's spamming or
not, he's not going to have much success. :-)

Anyway, given the guy claims to have stopped spamming, and he's not
listed anywhere else (SBL, XBL, ...) I'd be in favour of de-listing for
now, and then re-listing in the case of future mishaps.
