Hi,

 Well - to make things easy, I guess it's just a matter of checking whether
any text is present from the <A HREF=""> to the </A> ... So <A
HREF="http://domain.org/"></A> won't trigger anything - but <A
HREF="http://domain.org/">Some text</A> will....

Just my 5 cents of input ;-)
