[SURBL-Announce] Lists archivess are available at correct URL

Raymond found and Doc confirmed the real fix:

  add_virtualhost('lists.surbl.org', 'lists.surbl.org')

which is now added to the default Mailman config.  All the links
to the archives from the list pages are correct now:

  http://lists.surbl.org/pipermail/announce/

  http://lists.surbl.org/pipermail/discuss/

  http://lists.surbl.org/mailman/private/zones/

(zones requires authorization.  The other two are public.)
