Raymond,

Initially did have UTF-8 defined.

Have modified to

more /etc/sysconfig/i18n
LANG="en_US"
SUPPORTED="en_GB.UTF-8:en_GB:en:en_US.UTF-8:en_US:en"
SYSFONT="latarcyrheb-sun16"
[root at qmail Mail-SpamAssassin-SpamCopURI-0.10]#

# LANG=en_US; export LANG

Still getting the same error.
