Sounds great.  If we combine lists, we'll make sure they have
something unique in the TXT records to key what source they
came from.

It may be worth mentioning that SA 3.0 URIBL may have the ability
to do a single query on multiple RBLs, if I read the SA-dev
messages correctly.
