My hunch is that Google probably wouldn't do much about it, because
(except for versions of their search engine in some less liberal
countries), they don't censor, and, at this point, I really wouldn't
want them to.
This *does*, however, give me an extremely clever plugin idea that would
largely stop these idiots dead in their tracks. (And there's a whole
realm of other opportunity opening up in this devious brain of mine).
I've just fired off an email to a contact at Google to get some numbers,
but it will be feasible whether I get the response I'm looking for or
not. I'd expect these Google search spams to drastically increase with
the advent of SURBL.
So... stay tuned for SearchBL. :-)
My brain is suddenly filled with all kinds of useful applications for
the Google Search API in the fight against spam. (It's a curse).
