I report phishing immediately to:

  postmaster     at corp.mailsecurity.net.au
  reportphishing at antiphishing.org
  spam           at uce.gov

I don't know if Mailpolice has a reporting address, but a quick
check of their web site did not show one.  Maybe Jay Swackhamer
of Mailpolice can comment.

I think it's important to get the sites listed quickly to limit
the effect of the phish.  If the hosting provider will do something
about the sites, that's fine too, but their behavior may vary.
