[SURBL-Discuss] {Spam?} RE: SURBL Help?

Oops.  Maybe I misread your email.  Are you saying that I shouldn't be 
"http://surbl-org-permanent-test-point.com/foo/bar" as a test URL?  If so, 
which one should I use?
