www.healthyoudeserve.com had zero NANAS, and neither their
web site, nor their name servers (run by quickpros.com) are
listed in SBL.  Therefore I am whitelisting:

  healthyoudeserve.com

The entire thing sounds somewhat spammy, but I can't find proof,
so we generally need to not list.  I'd like to hear any contrary
evidence, including the reasons it's on WS.
