[SURBL-Discuss] Capital One redirector

	Worthless form letter - obviously no human ever read it.  Also,
I was initially wrong, postmaster at capitolone.com *does* bounce.  The chances
of my ever accepting a CapitolOne credit card offer have just gone to zero.
