Here are some addresses to report phishing to:

  postmaster at corp.mailsecurity.net.au,reportphishing at antiphishing.org,
  spam at uce.gov,spam at mailpolice.com,scams at fraudwatchinternational.com

The mailsecurity and mailpolice ones feed into ph.surbl.org.
Hopefully some of the other ones may also eventually.
