Here's what I use:

  postmaster at corp.mailsecurity.net.au
  reportphishing at antiphishing.org
  spam at uce.gov
  spam at mailpolice.com
  admin at fraudwatchinternational.com

Mailpolice and Mailsecurity feed their phishing data into
ph.surbl.org.  We're working with antiphishing.org to do
likewise.  IOW, if you report to these, they will help
get them blocked in PH.
