The web site for the SURBL mailing lists was deliberately taken down when it
was DDOSed before.  Perhaps Raymond can bring it back up someday.

The mailing list manager is a standard GNU Mailman, and it responds just fine
to email commands to addresses like those found in the headers of every message
including this one:
