I have finished a new version of the embedded Perl script that can be used by Exim to do SURBL filtering.
This release more closely follows the SURBL Implementation Guidelines. In particular it makes use of the ccTLD list provided on the SURBL website. A good portion of the script was rewritten to make it more efficient and to do far fewer lookups against the SURBL nameservers. This also means less processing/waiting on mail servers running the script.
