At Roger Marquis' (RAM) suggestion we have added example.com testpoints to the RBLs:

Name: example.com.sc.surbl.org Address: 127.0.0.2

Also added the name of the zone to the text of the testpoints:

example.com.sc.surbl.org text = "sc.surbl.org permanent test point"
