Eric Kolve has released a new version 0.24 of SpamCopURI that addresses the missing port or username part of URIs and makes other updates:

SpamCopURI is used with SpamAssassin 2.63 and 2.64.

This missing content after colon issue is also fixed in the upcoming 3.1 version of SpamAssassin's urirhs*.
