Actually thre is still a slight problem. One of the contributors on the
submission list is swamped with work, and away from keyboard. We are having
some technical issues removing him from the submission list. So he got a
bunch that never got added. He forwarded them to me today. I will go thru.
We are hoping to fix the problem soon.
