the form should be used for most removal requests. It's only in the unusual case that someone was not able to use the form that they should use the email address whitelist@surbl.org
Until you specify that email address on the form page in the open (not in hidden JavaScript), many readers who encountered a false positive will see the red asteriks (meaning obligatory fields) and not try to not fill the fields. Then those who are unable to fill the fields because they DID NOT SEND ANY ADVERTISING see no other recourse than to subscribe and post here.
