With human errors, I think an SO ratio of 99% is pretty cool. OF course we won't even have that unless we strive for zero FPs. Its a goal. I hand check pretty much everything, but sometimes one slips by :)

It's good have have more testing to try to close the loop by checking things. Things are still a little too open ended probably. Additional feedback and testing should be able to improve our accuracy.
