The fraud list has been operating publically since around March. The zones are in rbldnsd format. I've been contemplating making them freely available, I just haven't gotten around to formally engineering a system to do this.
I suppose if anyone wants to, they can supply an ssh2 key, and I can set them up with rsync access.
