What happens if you just DNS query the test points? Something simple like:
nslookup 2.0.0.127.multi.surbl.org
should return:
Name: 2.0.0.127.multi.surbl.org Address: 127.0.0.2
or
nslookup surbl-org-permanent-test-point.com.multi.surbl.org
returns 127.0.0.2
or something real like nslookup 022shop.com.multi.surbl.org
returns 127.0.0.64 currently.
I get all the expected and noted results.
