I've spotted a couple form-enclosed URIs lately, such as:
<FORM action=3dhttp:// www =2e seo500 =2e com/submit2=2ephp=20 method=3dpost>
(without the spaces in the URI)
Wanted to sanity check that urirhsbl and SpamCopURI are both finding these correctly. Can anyone confirm? (Yeah I know I should just read the sources.... ;-)
