I assume Raymond's comment was in jest. I know they appreciate donations, but I seriously doubt it is a requirement for speedy treatment.
Of course, he'll correct me if I'm wrong.
With that being said, what donation is enough to gain a timely rsync access? Additionally, what about those organizations that cannot do not have access to PayPal to send a donation? (PayPal does not membership or credit cards from my country)
