I got something similar, no link, no number nothing cept a snakeoil advertisement. It wasn't about size it was for one of the stay hard drugs.. But it had no method to contact the sender, I just laughed at it.
Same here, I thought it was a spam for us, you could follow the received from, locate who sent it and buy a few items of what they send.
