I think servepath.com sould be listed. They host obvious spam houses. And they don't host many domains, so to say they didn't know this was a spammer is a complete joke.

I got one of those yesterday too, it was a cheerleader with some saying, I forget, shows how much impact their advertisement has on me, I can remember the superbowl commercials for months after..

I don't see the point of that. I doubt that servepath.com spams, and unless their datacenters are 100% full of spammers they may have legitimate uses.
