Not new at all. That's Togo, who sold rights to their NIC and which TLD we often saw in redirection services (e.g., 'http://surf.to') back in the mid-nineties.

If they are mostly spammy end user sites, they should be ok to list. If they are redirection sites they should probably not be listed, but contacted about the abuse.

They are redirectors but I don't have the time & patience to go after the background, which is why I have not reported to ws Keeping them on a very restrictive local allows me to search for FPs and not have to worry about flames.
