We found moz.dev on ob.surbl.org yesterday and whitelisted it.
I've whitelisted gettyimages.com, but don't see it currently appearing on any SURBL. Maybe someone saw your report and removed it.
Please let us know what source list you are finding these on like ob, ws, sc, etc.

Steve, your munging-with-spaces is a little confusing at times (like those times when there are no spaces in the original names, i.e. always ;-).

Munging is still a good idea to generally get mail across all systems, but the " dot " munging should be plenty to make a domain unparsable.
