Using extremely specific google searches in spams was mentioned on the SpamAssassin users list, but not here. Hopefully it's something google is aware of. They could use URI lists like SURBLs to help detect if these point to a spam site.

My hunch is that Google probably wouldn't do much about it, because (except for versions of their search engine in some less liberal countries), they don't censor, and, at this point, I really wouldn't want them to.
This *does*, however, give me an extremely clever plugin idea that would largely stop these idiots dead in their tracks. (And there's a whole realm of other opportunity opening up in this devious brain of mine).
I've just fired off an email to a contact at Google to get some numbers, but it will be feasible whether I get the response I'm looking for or not. I'd expect these Google search spams to drastically increase with the advent of SURBL.
So... stay tuned for SearchBL. :-)
My brain is suddenly filled with all kinds of useful applications for the Google Search API in the fight against spam. (It's a curse).

Check out the SpamAssassin-users mailing list. They're also talking about rules to catch these types of searches.
