The check is coming from a host with Dynamic looking DNS....

which one? $ host 69.50.231.5 5.231.50.69.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer smtp5.junkemailfilter.com.
doesn't look dynamic to me.

why? If you reject mail from dynamic hosts, you should not connect to them.
