I see lots of NANAE and NANAS hits for foothill .net, but they all seem to be Joe Jobs. Anyone know why? Are they legit? They have requested removal from SURBL listing. I'm leaning towards removal at this point.

Found quite a few messages where a foothill.net server was the second hop, some virtual hosting, possibly spammers in their network

Please remove them. I'm 99.999% certain they are a legitimate ISP. They've been around for a long time.
