Hi guys, I'm curious if anybody can help me with some problems we are having with our rsync access. We currently have rsync access for our mailserver. But we have since built a new mailserver that currently sits in front of the one with rsync access. We would like to change our rsync access from this existing server to the new one, as we will be taking the old one down soon and do not currently have an estimate for when it will come back online. Over the last two months, I requested rsync access for this new box a total of four times (two requests on the surbl.org website, and the other two as direct emails to the email address that gave us the original access, an account belonging to a Raymond Dijkxhoorn). Anyway, we have heard nothing back about our request. Is there anybody on this list who can assist me in this change?
