Hello everyone,
Both domains in subject line are managed by one of my customers. They carefully pay attention to send only to optin emails by themselves but they often rent email sending platform services and ask them specifically to only use optin email databases.
I'm quite sure one of those platforms didn't respect the rules and both domains are on WS list. I would like if possible to know as much details as possible from the original email triggering the blacklist. They usually use many ESP at the same time for different services that direct to those domains. Those ESP are almost all the time professionnal and do a careful job but it seems this time one didn't. Having many emailings at the same period, getting some details would allow me to make them file a claim (or at least cancel their contracts) with the one that sent UCE with their domains listed and ask delisting with much more knowledge of what happened exactly, making sure it doesn't anymore.
Thanks in advance a lot for any help,
Regards, Stephane.
Hello,
Well, *I'm not* from surbl.org.

Not really true !

Well I don't know which messages triggered the blacklisting. Not the mines one, but I have here 11 spams (mortgage) from solution-devis.com - other domains appearing in these spams are netmastering2.net and les-ofres-gratuites.fr. None of the recipients opted in to receive these spams.
Regards,
José-Marcio
Thanks José-Marcio,
Is it acceptable for you to send me (maybe privately if you prefer) some more details on those emails ? The headers or full length URI (they should be tagged with some kind of unique id per platform) would help me distinguish which platform did not do its job correctly. Those domains are used for many things, not only mortgage so I guess only a small amount of all emailing sent are really UCE, that's why it's difficult for me without details to know exactly who didn't do its job correctly...
Sorry to bother you with that but I'm trying to help them to stop completely relationships with spam sending platforms
Thanks a lot, Regards, Stephane.

No problem. In fact I was wrong. It wasn't 11 but surely a hundred or more spams from their domain. I identified 49 clearing talking about solution-devis, but there are also other which seems to me that come from the same source. I'm attaching the last 9 from may and june.

I think it's too late.

I have a pile of spam from le-ofres-gratuites.fr and have been seeing spam from them for over a year now. They move around a lot between ISPs, which suggests that others have probably noticed their spam and they keep getting blocked.

Correction: it was perhaps the owner of the domain who requested removal before. They have not answered the questions asked then. They should answer those questions, but have not.
