Why not use the be.surbl.org ? :))
We have not released BE as an SURBL yet. Need to get those couple questions answered about TXT and particularly TTLs.
(Also need to let our name servers know to secondary it, etc. For that matter I have not set up delegation yet.)
I loaded it on my NS allready :)
