Elliott,
I sent a Surbl Blacklist Removal Request email to the whitelist@surbl.org email address after experiencing some problems with the website form. The email was sent on the 21st February at 10:21, but I haven't received a reply or any indication as to whether our domain is going to remain blocked or not.
Could anyone shed some light on this please?
The domain in question is www.givemegoodies.co.uk
The only way to get delisting requests handled is via the ticket system. You can reply to the ticket it created when you submitted your request.
