Hi!
I originally found the SURBL site through CPU magazine. I've done some testing with it and I find that the number of domains listed is pretty sparse. Is this project still active?
What lists did you tst, and in what way? I think quantity should not matter, but quality does. Overhere its catching up 73% of my spam, i dont see any other RBL doing that currently.
