No SBL, but a very few NANAS, probably due to member abuse as Bitz suggests. Appears to have legitimate uses (they give a free U.S. and international phonecard for web shopping, etc.). (They also give free minutes for signing up friends, etc., and that probably gets abused occasionally, though the NANAS hits are few, so perhaps they squash abuse pretty well.) Whitelisting.
